When ordering my heating oil, what are my payment options?
We offer a range of payment options for your domestic heating oil, including our easy Direct Debit payment* method.
You can spread the cost with monthly interest-free payments OR pay your bill in full. Plus, when you choose this payment method, you will receive an automatic upgrade to our Premium Heating Oil, a high-quality product, at no extra cost.
By Direct Debit
There are two ways you can pay by Direct Debit. You can either make a one-off payment for each delivery or spread the cost over interest-free monthly instalments. Plus, when you choose this payment method, you will receive an automatic upgrade to our Premium Heating Oil, a high-quality product, at no extra cost.
By Debit or Credit Card
If you wish to pay for your heating oil when you place your order, you can use your debit or credit card. You can conveniently order online, where you can check the latest prices and place your order, or you can call our knowledgeable customer service team at 01765 640682 for immediate assistance.
Bank Transfer
You can make a payment by bank transfer, but please ensure you put your Kettlewell Fuels account number in as a reference. Please call us on 01765 640682 for our bank account details.
By Cheque
We will accept a cheque, but we prefer that you pay for your oil using one of the methods above. However, if you do wish to pay by cheque, please remember to write your Kettlewell Fuels account number on the back.
